Yes. The steam unit itself can be shared, as it runs an automatic 10-minute drying cycle after each use to kill any bacteria or mould. However, it is recommended that each user have their own mask. Additional replacement masks can be purchased separately from the Mypurmist website.

The steam temperature is carefully controlled and can be adjusted between 37.7°C and 46.1°C using the temperature control on the device. This range is warm enough to be therapeutically effective but will not burn, even at the highest setting. There is no boiling water inside the Mypurmist at any time.

Yes. The Mypurmist is small and light enough to fit inside a handbag. The cordless model is powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery and does not need to be plugged in. It can be used backstage, at rehearsals, on planes, in hotel rooms or anywhere you need it.

The mask should be hand washed only with warm water and soap. Do not place the mask in a dishwasher. The body of the unit can be wiped down with a warm damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water or put it under running water at any time.

Yes. If after using Mypurmist for at least 14 days you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the device for a full product refund less the cost of 8 standard water refills. A restocking fee of $75 applies. The product must be returned undamaged with original packaging. Accessories that have been opened cannot be returned.
