Cleaning

No. Do not put the unit in water or under running water at any time.

No. Your latex-free medical grade mask should only be hand washed with warm water and soap.

We suggest wiping down the outside of the product with a dry cloth before storing for longer periods of time. If the outside of your mypurmist gets dirty, use a warm damp cloth dipped in soapy water to gently wipe the outside of the unit. Do not submerge your mypurmist in water. To prevent germs from spreading, wipe masks down with warm soapy water and dry before storing. We recommend that everyone that uses mypurmist have his or her own mask. Be sure to drain all of the water out of your mypurmist and wait until it has run through the automatic drying cycle before storing. This helps to prevent mould growth on the inside of the unit.
